CBCS Launches SGIDU Projects

The CBCS Secretariat went on a two-week long series of orientations, from July 7 to July 20, 2007, to officially launch a new set of one-year projects on grassroots interfaith dialogue supported by the Australian Government through the Strengthening Grassroots Interfaith Dialogue and Understanding (SGIDU) Program of the Australian Embassy. The orientations were made to familiarize the network members from each regional formation concerned about the details of this set of projects.

CBCS Gears Towards Self-Reliance

To nurture its capability for self-sustenance, the Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society (CBCS) sent its Acting Secretary-General and Program Coordinator Sammy P. Maulana and Council General Treasurer Mohammad Ali “Ferrer” Marcaban to attend the 3-day Basic Course in Fund Raising held at PHINMA Training Center in Tagaytay City on August 9 to 12, 2006.
